Swedish Reed Staes @ Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill

A new reed star is born! Learn to make a beautiful, hand-woven, Swedish-style reed star – the perfect addition to your holiday decorations. We’ll discuss some of the many Swedish immigrants who made Pleasant Hill their home in the late 1800s before beginning our own creations from dyed reed in a multitude of colors.

All necessary materials are provided. No experience necessary and all levels are encouraged.
